Mobile Health Clinic for Kids

Did you know that Yavapai Regional Medical Center brings a Mobile Health Clinic to your community? Services provided are FREE and include:

  • Well exams
  • Sports physicals
  • Illness care
  • Medicine for acute illness if needed
  • Immunizations under the Vaccines for Children Program (Qualifying children have no insurance, AHCCCS/KidsCare, or are Native American/Native Alaskan.)
The Mobile Health Clinic is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday when school is in session. The schools participating in this service are:
  • Aspire Junior/Senior High School in Prescott
  • Mayer Elementary and High Schools
  • Kirkland Elementary School
  • Prescott Mile High Middle School  
  • Paulden Community School
Healthcare visits are by appointment only and a parent needs to be in attendance. Please call (928) 771-5123 for the current Mobile Health Clinic travel schedule and to schedule an appointment.

Your child may qualify if he or she has:
  • No insurance
  • Private insurance with a high deductible (does not qualify for vaccines)
  • AHCCCS or KidsCare
