YRMC and The Jewish Community Foundation of Greater Prescott created the Community BreastCare Fund to make digital mammography screening available to women throughout the Quad Cities region. You’re eligible for free mammography screening through the Community BreastCare Fund if you:
    • Are between the ages of 40 and 64
    • Lack adequate health insurance or have a high co-pay or deductible
    • Do not qualify for AHCCCS (Arizona’s Medicaid)
    • Do not qualify for the Well Woman HealthCheck Program
    • Can’t afford the cost of digital mammography screening
For more information about the Community BreastCare Fund, call (928) 442-8900 or 1-877-436-5290.

This fund was created to provide advanced diagnostics and biopsies to women who do not have the financial resources to determine if an abnormality identified by mammography is malignant or benign. Through YRMC Patient Financial Assistance, the hospital provides financial assistance for patients who meet certain income guidelines. Call: (928) 771-5151.

YRMC’s BreastCare Center includes a Community Resource Library that features breast health/breast cancer educational material including books, CDs and DVDs. A computer is available in the library and wireless Internet is accessible throughout the Center.
