SEASONAL RN PROGRAM

The Seasonal RN Program was initiated in the fall of 2003 to give nurses the opportunity to experience employment at YRMC and living in Prescott. Our program is unique in that nurses may start their 13-week contract at any time during the year due to our four mild, but changing seasons. To date we have hired a total of 17 RNs on Seasonal contract and about 75% of those have gone into permanent positions.

Here are the specifics of the Seasonal Program:

Requires RN with AZ license, at least two years current RN experience and current ACLS. Monthly taxable allowance of $1500 for housing, travel, etc. Must commit to 13-week assignment. Bonus of $750 to sign for consecutive 13-week assignment. Will pay sign on bonus and relocation for those who go to full time, permanent position. Must live at least 75 miles from YRMC facility assigned. Not available to previous employees of YRMC.
