Founded in 1975, BAYADA Home Health Care provides nursing, rehabilitative, therapeutic, hospice, and assistive care services to children, adults, and seniors in the comfort of their homes. Services may vary by location.
BAYADA Home Health Care in Arizona
In Prescott Valley, BAYADA Home Health Care provides a comprehensive range of Medicare-certified home health care services to meet the needs of our clients 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The office is headed by Joanne Bateman, RN, Division Director (and past president of the Arizona Home Care Association).
Services include:
- Nursing
- Physical, occupational, and speech therapy
- Medical social work
- Assistive care (home health aide) services
We offer each of our clients:
- A client services manager, who schedules staff and coordinates service
- A registered nurse clinical manager, who makes home visits to assess, plan, and supervise clinical care
- Highly skilled and carefully screened BAYADA caregivers who deliver personalized, experienced care
