HEALTH INFORMATION MANAGEMENT

(MEDICAL RECORDS)

The Health Information Management department is open during normal business hours, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patient medical records are electronically stored using state-of-the-art technology. Patients must sign a HIPAA compliant authorization in order to obtain copies of their records. There is a fee involved (this fee varies based of the number of pages requested). There is no fee when your information is sent directly to another healthcare provider.
