Yavapai Regional Medical Center is a locally owned, locally operated, not-for-profit hospital system that encompasses two campuses – YRMC West in Prescott and YRMC East in Prescott Valley – plus the YRMC Del E. Webb Outpatient Center, also in Prescott Valley. YRMC relies on patient revenues and outstanding community support for its funding. No property taxes have ever been levied to pay for programs, capital improvements or expansion projects. If there is revenue left over after the hospital’s expenses are paid, this money is reinvested in YRMC to improve patient care, to reduce debt and to fund future needs.

After several years of planning and preparation, The Heart Center at YRMC – a state-of-the-art cardiac surgery program – is now open and fully operational at Yavapai Regional Medical Center’s West Campus in Prescott. The Heart Center’s overall objective is to both improve the health of our patients and the quality of their lives.
